I thought that once I started at the gym, the pounds would just melt off. I thought wrong. I am so disappointed that I've only lost maybe a pound. I've been going now for just about a week and I don't really feel any different. I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow morning and I'm wondering what he'll say about my weight loss or lack there of...... I'll keep you posted!
